The Finch builds off of our early success with its next door neighbor ‘The Fred’ a Solhem developed, owned and operated multi-family housing development in Edina, MN. The Finch fronts on the lovely 43 acre Fred Richards Park that includes ponds, trails, and playing fields. The Finch is being developed according to National Green Building Standards.
